crossfit

Well, is time to be serious about it

I want to show you that if I can you can




This week i´m going to a gym specialicate
on crossfit , to learn about and support you
to train it


Crossfit is a mode to train that focuses on funtional exercises



This exercises include all the body
so
the train lats 20 or 30 minutes


Try it !!!!



P.S. somentimes is so so hard XD
