my workout

This week I have dedicated to practice my personal routine
wich is very volatile


When I go to run
often I run near 7 kms




On monday I tried  run near 3,5kms with hills
 in 15 min, I got it...!


after go  to run
    I go to the gym


In the gym I change so much my routines
but
I army all my body




Next... I soupuse
       I will talk about

                     exercises
                         techniques
                                  and position
